This policy covers the Occasions Digital Studio website (pages such as Home, About, Portfolio, Pricing, Contact and Start a Project), the Marketing Team Hub and the digital business card.

3. Who processes data for us
- Lovable / Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database and file storage.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
- Zoho Mail — our business mailbox for email replies.
- Email delivery service — sends notification emails on our behalf.
- AI assistance (Lovable AI) — when the studio types in a paper or WhatsApp reply, an AI model may help read it; only the answers you gave are used.
Some of these providers operate outside Ghana and the EU. Transfers rely on the providers' contractual safeguards. [Legal review: confirm data-processing agreements and transfer mechanisms for each provider.]
4. How long we keep it
Proposed: enquiries that do not become projects are deleted on request or after 24 months. Client project records are kept as long as needed for the contract and for legal accounting periods. [Legal review: confirm retention periods.]
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to david@occasionsdigitalstudio.com; requests are handled by a person, not automatically. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana or, if you are in the EU, your local data-protection authority.
6. Client apps, guest sites and other products
Wedding and celebration apps, guest invitations, event-team tools and other products built by the studio may involve different operators (for example, the couple or business that commissioned them) and different purposes. This policy does not automatically cover them. Each product carries or will carry its own notice. [Legal review: prepare product-specific notices and processing agreements with clients.]
